Flag and Kudo Types

Manual Flags

  Description
Unsatisfactory Coursework   Student does not regularly turn in coursework and/or coursework is often done incorrectly; or there is poor performance on quizzes or exams
Low Attendance   Student is having difficulty attending class regularly or is tardy frequently, and is not meeting instructor expectations for class attendance
Tutoring Referral   Indication student could benefit from tutoring to improve course performance
Low Exam Score   Student has received a low score on exam
General Comment   Instructor has general comments they wish to share with student
International Student Services Referral   Indication student can benefit from meeting with a professional in International Student Services.
     
System Raised   Description
3 Active Flags   Student currently has 3 active flags in the system.  Notice is only sent to Instructors and Advisors (not student)
     
Kudos   Description
Showing Improvement   Student has shown improvement following a previous flag raised, test/homework score, increase in attendance, etc.
Keep Up The Good Work   Student is performing well on test(s) and assignment(s)
Outstanding Academic Performance   Student is outperforming peers on coursework and quiz/test performance
