Support Services Overview

Student support offices at KU play a crucial role in student success. Advisors and instructors often refer students to support offices as key resources for assisting in student persistence.

Student affairs offices at KU can participate in MySuccess in two key ways. First, an office can be included in the Services area, which provides a one-stop-shop destination for information about your office, location and contact information. Second, you and your office may use the MySuccess Connect Appointment Scheduler to make individual or group appointments with students.

The MySuccess Connect Appointment Scheduler allows you to establish dedicated times to meet with students. With MySuccess, students have a convenient way to schedule an appointment online at a time that works best for you.  Since the MySuccess Connect Appointment Scheduler syncs with your Outlook calendar, you will not be inconvenienced by managing two calendars. You may access MySuccess by logging in to  Blackboard and select MySuccess from the menu options on the left. Or, you may login to the myKU portal and choose MySuccess from the Academics tab.

You may request instructions for setting up your MySuccess Connect Appointment Scheduler, establishing dedicated times to meet with students and syncing your calendar with Outlook can be provided by emailing
